Angel and Maria could be the protagonists of a romantic comedy "made in Barcelona", albeit with an R&B soundtrack. Lifelong friends and secretly in love as teenagers. They met again when they were older at a difficult time in their lives, they supported each other and fell in love again. A few years later, they decided to take the plunge and get married in style as seen in this video of a wedding at the Hotel Wela in Barcelona.

This couple's wedding was very special. During the preparations Angel was very nervous, with a lot of people in the room (friends and family), having a few beers to calm his nerves.

Maria, unlike Angel, was very calm, alone with her mother in the amazing suite of the Wela Hotel. We know that it is very exciting to share the more the better, but this is one of the most delicate moments of the wedding, where emotions run high and that is when nerves are easily triggered.

Depending on your character, it is best to choose one or two people who convey peace to you and you can dress calmly without too many emotional upheavals. Sometimes a shot, depending on how you like it, helps 😉.

A wedding to the rhythm of rap

Angel and Maria's wedding ceremony was, without a doubt, the most original ceremony we have ever seen. They were married by two of their friends, so far so normal, but the thing is that they did it to the rhythm of rap. The officiants were passing the microphone, as in a cockfight, telling the beautiful story of the couple and their strong commitment. Don't miss the outfit of the master of ceremonies, it's total!

The ring bearers were not shy little girls, but the adorable grandmothers of the bride and groom. We thought it was a great idea and we died a little bit of love... Another very cool idea is that right after the I do's, all the guests stood up and lit sparklers while the music played loudly, a good alternative to the typical applause.

The importance of choosing your suppliers

Something important that we want to comment on this wedding (this is perhaps more delicate) is that in this case, the bride and groom did not quite get it right with their photographer. It's not that he was a bad professional, he just didn't adapt to what they expected.

This is an important issue, when choosing your suppliers you must be very clear about what you are looking for; the photographer they hired was what we call a posed photographer, that is, a professional who directs the bride and groom to get the images he is looking for: he marks positions, chooses the locations, asks you for specific actions, uses an external flash, repeats the photo many times, etc.

If you like to have your photo taken and feel like a model for a day, that's great, but if not, look for someone more of a documentary reportage, who is discreet and doesn't interfere too much, because it can really spoil your day.
