Anna & Marco are a couple of architects who met in the classrooms of the university. They are in love with design and spaces, so when they visited La Baronía for the first time they fell in love with the space and knew that this would be the place where they would tie the knot. La Baronía is an old modernist farmhouse designed by the architect and disciple of Gaudí, Joan Rubor y Bellver.
When we spoke with the couple for the first time, it was clear that we had to take advantage of the spectacular interior spaces of the Barony for the wedding video, so Marco dressed up with his mother and siblings in one of the rooms where finally, due to the weather, the aperitif was also held.
A few minutes after the ceremony began, it began to hail and thanks to the roofed space in the same place, the ceremony could continue with all the guests sheltered under the porch. A moment that became doubly emotional and endearing thanks to the bad weather.
Luckily, the weather improved and the celebration could continue outdoors as originally planned. The dinner was in charge of the same catering of La Baronía and the desserts were prepared by the groom's own sister @dolcewittebcn who prepared one by one the sweets for the guests.
